By linking your bank account for payouts, you also authorize RigSpot to debit your account for any balance owed. Please read and acknowledge each term below.
What you're agreeing to:
RigSpot may debit the full balance owed — no cap
Up to 3 retry attempts over 10 business days
10 business days advance notice before any debit
Dispute process: internal review within 10 business days → Nacha bank mediation if unresolved
Closed bank account treated as intentional evasion — accelerated collections at 90 days
Unpaid balances referred to collections at 2 years (or 90 days if evasion)
Your account cannot accept reservations until balance is settled
